The Linka system uses moulds and plaster of paris to make parts to build 00 scale model buildings. There were 18 main moulds which were made from rubber. These were used to make brickwork and stonework wall sections, roof sections and timber sections. There were also plastic moulds for extra roof sections, paving, brick wall, dormers and a church steeple. |

The plaster castings were removed from the mould when set. These were then glued together to form the building. |
